60 minute fire rated solid ceilings drywalling system comprises of 2*12mm Solid fireproof boards securely fastened through both boards to each side of the framework by 6*40 drywall screws. 63mm Solid Ceilings stud, 0.45mm thickness fitted into the top and bottom of a Solid Ceilings 64mm track by 8*13 wafer head tek screws at 400 centers, track fastened by fisher plugs to the floor and ceiling. Install Solid 63mm Cavity Batt, density 10.8kg/m3 tightly butted into framework leaving no gaps. Solid Fibre tape should be applied to all joints. All joints to be correctly skimmed.
